The role of Cannabis-based Products for Medicinal Use (CBPM) in patients with dermatological pathologies.

This course aims to guide clinicians through the CBPM prescription process for patients with dermatological conditions to optimise patient experience and therapeutic outcome. 

• To list the applications for cannabis-based medicines in the field of dermatology and to identify the pros and cons of CBPM for each application. 
• To recall appropriate treatment ratios of THC:CBD when prescribing CBPM for each dermatological application and to recognise a suitable starting dose. 
• To create a treatment plan for an individual patient with a dermatological condition requiring CBPM therapy, including appropriate maintenance and follow-up.
